Grand Oaks Hotel

A decent hotel for the price we paid. Just a standard hotel, service was good. Breakfast is small but get the job done and it was good. Only thing I can suggest is putting in some more lights at the pool.

Mother/daughter getaway, stayed 3 nights. Had adjoining rooms which was awesome. It was like having a two bedroom suite. Front desk staff were really nice and worked with us to get adjoining rooms. Stayed in 1st building with indoor pool. Large selection of breakfast food in morning. Everything was fresh and delicious. Big breakfast space that overflowed into lobby. Indoor wasn't heated but was nice on last night, soothed aching body after all the walking we did. Beds were super comfy, wish I had similar mattress. Rooms were cleaned well. TV, air-conditioning and mini fridge worked. Didn't use microwave. Limited lighting in rooms though.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Everything was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good with biscuits and gravy, potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles and cold foods like cereal and yogurt, etc. The coffee was the only thing we did not care for. We had a jacuzzi room and the tub worked perfectly. The hot water never ran out!

My wife and I stayed a couple of weeks ago and were impressed. The jacuzzi tub in our suite was huge and the bed was comfortable. David at the front desk was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! Will definitely be back!

We came in with a church group and some of the hotel employees met us in the parking lot and took all of our luggage to our rooms and told us to put them in the hall the day we check out and they will pick them up and take them to the vans. Nice room, good hot breakfast and very pleasant employees.

Rooms are OK, quiet and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but crowded if you waited too long to go down. The main downfalls were the hot tubs and pools. The hot tubs were mildly hot and the pools were freezing (Both indoor and out). The real disappointment was that maintenance closed down the pool and hot tubs on the second to last day of our stay so even if we wanted to use them, we couldn't. They need to add chemicals at night, not in the morning, locking out all the guests! We will probably look at going back to Marriott or Hilton on future visits.

Great location just off the strip. Rooms were clean and pool areas were nice. For $100 bucks a night you can’t beat it. Nice large breakfast areas that they allow you to use throughout the day. Was great for our traveling baseball team to have dinner together.

Located a block off the busy main road, this hotel is quiet, reasonably inexpensive, has a good breakfast, nice rooms, with staff attentive to your needs. I would stay here again.
